The start of the ITMC Project, autumn edition 2016, with the V-Continental Business Center

This autumn, our Business Center will support ITMC Project as a sponsor and partner offering our training and conference rooms. ITMC Programme (Internship. Training. Mentoring. Coaching) is a social project  (www.itmc.md) founded by BDC (Business Development Capital) consulting company. The mission of the program represents integrating graduates into the labor market through tightening the gap resulting from the mismatch of the knowledge provided by universities and the skills required by local companies from the new hires. The program provides following benefits for its participants: ensure graduates to get jobs in biggest companies from Moldova, the integration of students in work field, obtaining practical skills in addition to theoretical information from the Universities, personal and professional grow. Graduates will obtain valuable resources and networking, the possibility to become more confident in themselves.
